About Us 

Our well renowned countryside Pub Resturant is based in the quaint Hertfordshire village of Wareside, about 5 miles East of Hertford.  The food that we serve is freshly sourced, personally selected, produce from Smithfield and Billingsgate markets. Our highly qualified, experienced chefs prepare our menus from fresh ingredients to finest finished dishes (unlike some of our competitors).

Our thriving outside catering business is built upon our excellent reputation and high standard, yet personal, level of service.  We can cater for anything from a canape reception through to a full wedding breakfast and can provide fully dressed marquees, from a small family party to a sit down meal for 300 guests.  Our offering is fully flexible: We can provide a comprehensive service for your event, including marquee, floral arrangements, dance floor, DJ etc, or we can simply supply a selection of individually made canapes for your event.
